- A laptop with Internet access for research, assignments, and virtual meetings.
How quickly can you qualify?
Our programme is designed for flexibility and efficiency:
- 4 days of training and assessment, delivered in 2 sessions.
- Session 1: 2 consecutive days, then work on assignments between sessions.
- Session 2: 2 straight days, approximately 6–8 weeks later, depending on organisational needs.
- Certification typically follows within a few weeks of successful completion.

- Blended learning approach including face-to-face delivery, professional discussions, workbooks, and virtual 1:1 TEAMS meetings.
